Message Body: Dear Sir/Madam, I have a rod that I bought a year ago being on business trip in Lithuania. It is a nice HSR-9000 2S IMX. Since then I didn't have a chance to use it and it's stayed on rack until last week I finally had a chance to give it a try. Long story short, I hooked a fairly large fish, probably a sturgeon. During a hookset, the tip of the rod went off and so did my catch. I know, I would be laughing out loud if I were the one to hear this story. Anyways, my question is what can be done to resolve this situation? Please do not dissapoint me as I am a huge fan and do have three other GLoomis rods I use on a weekly basis (never had any complains) Please advize as to what to do as I have a vocation coming and was planning to use HSR. I am currently located in Canada and was wondering if it would be possible to use the expeditor service you are offering.
